If you can not tolerate milk try this
Monday 13th July 2009 HCFI New Delhi: If you're lactose-intolerant, you can not eliminate all dairy products from the diet otherwise one can nit get enough calcium, said Dr KK Aggarwal President Heart Care Foundation of India and Director IMAAKN Sinha Institute.
Following milk products are easier to digest among people with lactose intolerance:
Soy milk (if no allergies to soy).
Yogurt and other fermented-milk products.
Milkshakes and ice cream.
Hard or aged cheeses.
Goat's milk.
Buttermilk.
Lactase-treated milk.
Lactose free dairy products.
